What is DBS (CRB) Application?

What documentation do I need for a DBS (CRB) Application?

 

- Passport or Photo ID

- Two proofs of address in the last 3 months (Utility Bill, Council Tax, Bank Statement)

- Last 5 years address history

- Debit or Credit Card for Payment (DBS Fee)
