PCO Smart is a specialist learning and assessment centre designed to give full in-house service to all those seeking new opportunities within the private hire industry within and outside London. We are located in West London (Acton) less than 3 minutes from A40 and few meters away from North Acton tube station. 

 

All of our assessors and development coaches are qualified and university graduates who have mastered the art of developement as well as being able to teach to a high standard. Unlike our competitors we pride our self on providing a high quality service along with state-of-the-art learning facilities. PCO Smart has a unique business model that allow us to charge lower prices than our competitors. We hold weekly assessments through our two learning centre every week, this is done through prior booking only.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

What makes us different?

 

We have a unique fast track booking platform that enables clients to make bookings for our services online. This allows us to allocate a time slot to see all of our clients within our booked time slots. This means that there is no waiting and ofcourse save's our clients precious time. Unlike other service providers we have fully serviced offices with a very professional set-up, our aim is to become the No. 1 choice for all new and returning applicants, we aim to do this by delivering the high standard of customer services. 

 

How can we pay?

 

Due to our unique selling point of no waiting we are currently only accepting payments via the booking platform online, We Accept All Major Credit Cards Icluding American Express. If you wish to make booking via Telephone then please call on 020 8212 7331, you will be required to make a payment during your phone call. 

 

Can I Pick my own time for booking?

 

Yes, you can select any of our services online and also schedule your date of visit and time that you wish to visit.

 

Can I cancel my booking?

 

Yes, you may cancel anytime upto 24-hours before your appointment. There will be no charge for this cancellation. Please remember within 24-hours cancellation will be accepted however no refund will be issued. 

 

How long do we have to wait?

 

You will be attended to as scheduled within your appointment, we don't expect you to be late so its not fair that if we are late for your appointment. We allow additional 15 minutes between each appointments to prevent delays.

 

Can we bring a friend to this appointment?

 

No, due to confidential nature of our services we can only accomodate the client booked in as per the appointment schedule. 

 

Do we have parking facilities at our office in Acton? 

 

No, however there are a few pay and display parking bays near by. We recommend that you leave plenty of time to find parking and if possible please arrive by train or under ground station at North Acton.
